Lizzie & John 23.07.15

We had the pleasure of travelling up to the Lake District for the wedding of our friends Lizzie & John, which was at Storrs Hall near Windermere. The ceremony took place outside (luckily the weather stayed fine all day!), just in front of the lake, and the bride arrived by boat! The colour scheme included gorgeous rich purples and the flowers looked beautiful.

I designed John & Lizzie’s invitations and using elements of the design, I made the table plan and a welcome sign. I was really happy with how these turned out, the tables were named after gig venues where they’d seen bands which was a nice personal touch.

We got to stay in one of the beautiful rooms at the hotel which was a bonus, a fabulous day and again – amazing food!
